Twitty-Ann Thomas
Founder & CEO

Twitty-Ann Thomas is an experienced CEO and sales expert with a demonstrated history of achieving fantastic revenue` growth through innovative thinking, sales operational optimization and empowerment. Twitty-Ann has over 15 years of experience working in diverse business environments in the telecommunications, ICT and physical security industries.

Twitty-Ann previously managed sales operations at Digicel Group across 26 markets. She also led the DLM group, the parent company of Hawkeye Jamaica Ltd and Ranger Security Ltd as General Manager for sales, marketing and customer care. She is skilled in sales operations, business strategy, value selling and customer engagement. Twitty-Ann is also a director and Vice President of Salus Technology Services.

Mark Farquharson
Co-Founder and CTO

Mark Farquharson is an accomplished entrepreneur; senior business technology leader and a local pioneer of the Internet industry having deployed the first commercial Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Jamaica in the late 1990’s.

During his 25-year career he has been credited with the development of key service provider infrastructure in mobile data, next generation networks, Internet security, business fiber Internet infrastructure and data center operations for the islands two major telecommunications companies where he held senior management positions in both organizations. Mark is known in the industry as an innovator and problem solver through applying innovative thinking. Mark is the founder and CEO of Salus Technology Services Limited and Arodyne Technologies Ltd.

Gregory Wildman
Non-Executive Director

Mr Gregory Wildman is a Certified Accountant; he is the former Finance Manager at Digicel Group and CFO at Paramount Trading Limited. Currently he wears the hat of Group Finance Manager at Appliance Traders Limited. Mr. Wildman brings an expansive hands-on experience and knowledge in the field of accounting, which is integral to the successful management of the finance portfolio.

Neville Ellis
Director of Channel Sales

Neville has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership gained with Nestle, Mars, and Wisynco with a focus on business development, key account management, agency, talent acquisition,
customer retention, brand-building customer and consumer communications. Led the development of retail, wholesaler, and non-traditional trade in Jamaica and the Caribbean while delivering record growth in multi-channels consistently.

Result-driven professional, strategic problem solver, with a record of achieving challenging profit goals while consistently acquiring new business while expanding current business. Tenacious in pursuing new revenue streams and sales opportunities by utilizing his negotiation, coaching, and forecasting skills to empower direct reports to achieve stated goals.
