ChannelPro eyes regional expansion with a digital flair
ChannelPro, sales and outsourcing services company serving enterprise customers, has recently partnered with the Development Bank of Jamaica as a business development organisation (BDO) under the Voucher for Technical Assistance (VTA) and the DBJ Serve Jamaica Programme serving micro, small and medium-size enterprises (MSMEs).
In an effort to leverage the opportunity, ChannelPro said it was pleased to be expanding its line of business to include digital services, which has already been experiencing a significant uptake. In addition, the company has partnered with Genius Digital Commerce to offer website development and e-Commerce services to MSMEs.
“Genius comes with 10 years of experience in the field and is a strategic partner of First Atlantic Commerce, the leading payment gateway in the region. We feel that this partnership is most fitting with complimenting our digital offerings at this time,” said Twitty-Ann Thomas, CEO of ChannelPro.
“Since the pandemic, we have diversified our portfolio to offer other business and outsourcing services such as HR outsourcing, finance outsourcing, business process improvement, and most recently digital services such as social media management and marketing, website development and e-commerce.”

“The change is in response to customers’ demand, as well as to position ChannelPro to take advantage of the latest developments in digital marketing and the new way of doing business brought on by the pandemic.”
ChannelPro also has plans for regional expansion by offering its services in Barbados, Trinidad, St Lucia, Cayman, Bahamas, and Guyana.
